What is Fizzylemon?
Fizzylemon is a European AI roleplay and coaching platform for soft skills. Employees learn, practise and get coached through spoken conversations with AI video avatars, organised in Learning Journeys. Organisations use Fizzylemon for sales, hospitality and customer service, and leadership.
Is Fizzylemon an AI roleplay platform?
Yes. In a Fizzylemon Practice Session, the learner has a realistic roleplay conversation with an AI video avatar. A Learning Journey adds Learning Sessions, in which an AI instructor explains a skill and checks understanding, and ends with a Coaching Session. That way the coach knows both what the learner understood and how they performed.
How does a Learning Journey work?
In Fizzylemon you combine Learning Sessions and Practice Sessions in the order a capability needs. Every Learning Journey ends with a Coaching Session that uses evidence from the earlier sessions to help the learner reflect, improve and decide what comes next. Context carries across sessions, so development builds over time.
Can we create our own scenarios?
Yes. Fizzylemon gives your team the tools to set up a conversation: choose the avatar, voice and language, and describe the situation the learner should practise. Our team helps where needed.
Use cases
Which conversations can employees practise with Fizzylemon?
Sales conversations such as discovery, objection handling and closing; hospitality and customer service, such as welcoming guests, handling complaints and communicating delays; aggression and de-escalation; and leadership conversations such as 1:1s, feedback, performance conversations and coaching. Organisations can add their own scenarios.
Can Fizzylemon be used for aggression and de-escalation training?
Yes. Learners practise staying calm and de-escalating with an AI avatar that reacts like an upset or aggressive person, in a safe setting where mistakes have no consequences. Brussels Airport (via Ahlex) uses Fizzylemon to train staff in dealing with aggression "in a safe and highly realistic environment".
In which languages does Fizzylemon work?
Learners can practise in 12 languages, and administrators choose the language the avatar speaks for each scenario. The Fizzylemon website is available in 11 languages.
Data, privacy and the EU AI Act
Where is our data stored?
Fizzylemon stores and processes learner data, including session transcripts, coaching results and account information, in the EU on Microsoft Azure: Dublin as the primary region, with replicas in Paris and Amsterdam. The AI coaching analysis runs on Azure OpenAI in Microsoft's EU Data Zone.
Is Fizzylemon GDPR compliant?
Yes. Fizzylemon acts as data processor and signs a Data Processing Agreement with every enterprise customer. Session transcripts are visible only to the learner; administrators see aggregate results. Customer data is deleted or returned within 30 days of contract end.
Is Fizzylemon compliant with the EU AI Act?
Fizzylemon is classified as limited risk under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), so its main obligation is transparency. Learners are always told they are speaking with an AI, AI feedback is labelled as such, and the platform makes no decisions about hiring, promotion or performance appraisal.
Does Fizzylemon use our conversations to train AI models?
No. Fizzylemon does not use customer data or learner sessions to train AI models, its own or anyone else's.
Does Fizzylemon record video or analyse emotions?
No. Learners see a video avatar, but no video of the learner is recorded or stored, and Fizzylemon does not analyse facial expressions or emotions. Sessions can also run in audio-only mode.
Integration and getting started
Does Fizzylemon integrate with our LMS?
Yes. Fizzylemon supports LTI 1.3 for learning management systems and SSO/OIDC with your identity provider. Learners sign in through your LMS or identity provider, and Fizzylemon stores no passwords.
