Last week, we rolled out FizzyLemon.ai at Strawberry, kicking off with a brilliant group of supervisors from their Accelerate program. In this first wave, the focus is clear: coaching team members. These supervisors are using FizzyLemon to sharpen the way they support, guide, and grow their teams—through conversations that feel like they’re happening right there in the staff room or on the floor mid-shift.
The simulations are rooted in the realities of hotel life. From giving feedback to motivating during a tough day, it's about building confidence in the moments that matter most. Because in hospitality, soft skills aren’t soft—they're the glue that holds service, culture, and leadership together.
